TERMS OF SERVICE
General:
After finishing the commission the buyer will receive the full resolution file.
Commissions may take from less than a week to 2 months depending on which type it is, how many commissions I have to do, and how busy I am during weeks.
Work will only start after the payment has been received.
I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.
Wips of work will be given at each step of the drawing automatically, if you would like more wips feel free to ask.
Payments and refunds:
For commissions with a high cost a payment plan can be done.
If asked for a refund, you’ll still be charged considering the amount of work that was already done.
Issuing a chargeback for a commission will immediately get you blacklisted from future commissions.
Excessive fixing/editing requests for lack of information will be either denied or charged more.
Usage:
Clients may repost the art to their sites giving proper credit and only use it in nonprofit ways.
Do NOT remove watermarks.
The client DOES NOT have the right to mint/sell their commission for NFT.
I’ll only make any additional profit like selling prints or any other products with permission.
